Terms and Conditions of Registration and Consent to the Processing of Personal Data
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION OF INTERESTED POTENTIAL CONSUMERS

The platform for registration of interested potential consumers on ba.zyn.com is run by Philip Morris BH doo Sarajevo, ID number 4201126970005, with its registered office at Džemala Bijedića bb, Capital Tower, 71000 Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
2. WHAT ARE THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR?
1. The purpose of these Terms and Conditions (“TERMS”) is to explain to you the basic rules and principles of registration on our platform and the legal relationship arising from it.
2. The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is also to ensure your familiarity with the rules for processing your personal data and for remote communication with you.
3. These TERMS and CONDITIONS purposefully omit detailed descriptions of issues that are clear in themselves from the context. These RULES are written in Bosnian and English. In case of disagreement, the Bosnian version shall prevail.
4. The platform for registration of interested potential consumers is intended for contacting ZYN sales representatives in the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republika Srpska.
3. WHY DO WE WANT TO KNOW YOUR AGE SO MUCH?
1. Since the products offered on our platform are nicotine products, in accordance with the internal rules of Philip Morris International we must ensure that we do not contact persons under the age of 18. Therefore, we require verification of your age when you visit our website and additionally verify your age when selling products.
2. We will never communicate or trade with persons under the age of 18.
3. If necessary, we verify the age of the user during registration and/or during sales by checking the user's personal documents (ID card, driver's license, passport); we do all this in order to comply with internal regulations, and the law where applicable.
4. If you are under 18 years of age and you register, your registration will be canceled immediately after we become aware of the fact that you do not meet the requirements for registration, i.e. that you are a minor.
4. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE PLATFORM AND WHAT HAPPENS AFTER REGISTRATION?
1. The platform serves to easily establish contact between you as an interested adult potential consumer and a retailer of ZYN products.
2. By entering your data and submitting the registration form, you express your will and consent to be contacted by a third party - the retailer for the purpose of your direct acquaintance with the properties of the product. The retailer will contact you within 3 days. The retailer's representative will further direct you to two alternatives for how you can directly get to know ZYN products and potentially purchase a specific product - by referring you to the nearest ZYN store, or by meeting at a place and time of your choice, in accordance with the law.
3. Registration is not binding on either you or the retailer. Any rights and obligations between you and the retailer arise only if, after direct contact in person, you decide to purchase certain products. The offer to establish contact presented on this platform is not binding if the retailer currently does not have specific products in stock.
BY ACCEPTING THESE RULES, YOU CONFIRM:
1. that you are an adult user of nicotine products, over 18 years of age,
2. that all information you have voluntarily provided about yourself is true (including, among others: name and surname, gender, address, date of birth, e-mail address, contact telephone number).
3. that before providing personal data, you have been informed that the company Philip Morris BH d.o.o. Sarajevo is the controller of the collected personal data, as well as the purpose of data processing, the users and categories of users of personal data, the timeframe for data processing, and that you have voluntarily provided your personal data for these purposes.
BY ACCEPTING THESE RULES, YOU AGREE that the company Philip Morris BH d.o.o. Sarajevo (hereinafter referred to as “PMI”):
1. Collects, stores, processes and uses the personal data you have voluntarily provided, in order to establish contact between the seller of ZYN products and you as an interested potential buyer,
2. Forwards your data to the appropriate seller of ZYN products in order to establish contact with you,
3. Transfers your personal data to related PM companies under the auspices of Philip Morris International, including cross-border data transfers to the Republic of Serbia, the Republic of Croatia, member states of the Council of Europe and other countries;
4. Records any telephone conversations between you and the ZYN customer service and/or the ZYN retailer in order to achieve the stated purposes of data processing and accompanying analytics, as well as to improve its services and protect its or consumers’ legitimate interests;
5. Creates a database based on the data you have provided as well as other notifications, data or statements you may potentially provide within the scope of the data processing and communication purposes specified herein, and to store this database in a secure manner
You may update or revoke your personal data, as well as your consent to all of the above, in whole or in part, at any time by sending a written request to PM or by email to contact.ba@iqos.com. For more information about the PMI Group’s privacy policy, please read the PMI Consumer Privacy Notice. If you no longer wish to receive information from PM or, please submit a written request to Philip Morris BH d.o.o. or by email to contact.ba@iqos.com with the note “Deletion from Philip Morris BH d.o.o. Sarajevo database”. We will delete your personal data within 14 days of receiving your request.
